Sport Massage is aimed at recovery from injury or part of your over-all fitness goals. Sports sessions are targeted, and when needed I use a blended oil with plant herbs that can generate heat.
This is perfect as an after gym or morning run/Bike - If you need a wash as part of this session, please bring your own towel.
Marma is an ancient form of Massage originating from South India as part of the traditional Martial Arts. It is holistic massage, for your mind, soul and body. Marma is particularly good for those seeking to empower their sexual well being. Marma has four parts to each session. (1) Breathing (2) Washing of your whole body (3) Hot oil and (4) empowering your sexual well being through focused massage. See Massage section for more info.
Lomi Lomi is an ancient form massage that takes its style from the rhythmic and flowing nature of the ocean. It is practiced with Aloha at its center, that is with love and connection to your heart and emotions. The use of hot lava stones to raise senses and a focus of shared touch and aloha.
This massage I developed at my practice in Hawaii working with big Pacific guys - so many were shy about their body, but we celebrate this and the mana of you.
Puipui is a journey to wellness and happiness - and consists of two massage sessions each month, resources including massage oil made for you, your own massage stones, health juices & weekly 1-1 video catch ups.
This is for those learning Mindfulness (deep meditation) and lingam massage. This is 1:1 coaching (best done early mornings 6.30am-8.30am or late evenings when you are in a state of rest). In this session using mindfulness and lingam (penis) massage . Note this does operate outside of my normal massage studio times and best for those who have done a Mindfulness class previously
This session covers the introduction of Marma Massage, where you will receive and also practice massage. This is a 60 minute session
This session covers the introduction of Marma breathing, mapping and practice with your partner with the instruction of your Marma Master during the lesson. Session are a minimum of 120 Minutes. Sometime we can pair you up with another partner to learn and the cost then is shared between both of you
