If available you are able to change the date and time of your appointment within 24 hours

If you cancel your appointment on the day of your massage you will incur a cancellation fee of $40.00

If you do not show for your appointment without prior advice, you will incur 100% of your massage fee

If you arrive late for your appointment, If we have the space we will endeavour to keep the same time period allocated how ever it may shorten your massage session because of other bookings. Sessions will be cancelled after 30 minutes of the booking and incur the fee's set out above
